Processing and delivery

Orders placed before the daily cut-off ship within one business day from our US facility. Average delivery is 3 to 6 business days within the contiguous United States. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.

Shipping cost

The 2-bottle plan adds standard shipping at checkout. The 3-bottle and 6-bottle plans ship free within the United States. Every order, regardless of plan, ships from the verified 2026 batch.

Returns and the guarantee

Mindora is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. Support will send the correct return address and instructions. Refunds of the purchase price are issued once your return is received. See the refund policy and guarantee for full terms.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact [email protected] and we will make it right, either a replacement or a refund.
